How do I place an order for custom magnets?

To order custom magnets, simply select the range of magnet sets, upload your images, follow the prompts on our website to customise and finalise your images and proceed to checkout.

What are the best photos to upload?

  • To make the most of your uploaded images. Use images that are clear and high resolution to ensure quality. Aim for at least 300 DPI.
  • Select photos with natural light for vibrant colours. Avoid overly dark or overly bright images.
  • Make sure the main subject of your photo is clear and in focus. Avoid cluttered backgrounds that distract from the main image.
  • Review each image to ensure it is placed and cropped correctly to fit within the live area of the magnet, allowing for 2mm border which will wrap around the side of the magnet. If images are not cropped when order is submitted, cropping of the image will be at Stickit Magnets discretion - we will do our best to crop to best fit/focal point.

Can I preview my images before placing my order?

Yes, you can preview, edit and crop your images during the ordering process on our website. We strongly advise that you do so with every image to ensure that your image fits well within the magnet space.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us with your order number and the details you'd like to change or if you wish to cancel your order.

Your order cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been fulfilled.

 

How can I track my order?

Once you order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

 

How much is shipping?

 

Australia:

Standard: $9.95
*Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Express: $19.95

New Zealand:

Standard: $19.95

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand from Perth, Australia. Please contact us before placing an order for other countries.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to process all orders within 72 hours.

We primarily use Australia Post for most deliveries within Australia. 

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since each magnet is crafted just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you change your mind before your order is fulfilled, we’re happy to process a refund!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if your item arrives damaged or has any faults, please reach out to us here. We’ll gladly provide a replacement to ensure you love your custom creation!

If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days to discuss further. We would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to resolve or refund your order.
