How do I place an order for custom magnets?
To order custom magnets, simply select the range of magnet sets, upload your images, follow the prompts on our website to customise and finalise your images and proceed to checkout.
What are the best photos to upload?
Tips for Uploading Images:
1. Use High Resolution: Aim for images that are clear and at least 300 DPI to ensure quality.
2. Natural Lighting: Select photos taken in natural light for vibrant colors. Avoid overly dark or bright images.
3. Focus on the Subject: Ensure the main subject of your photo is clear and in focus, avoiding cluttered backgrounds that distract from it.
4. Check Cropping: Review each image to make sure it’s properly placed and cropped to fit within the live area of the magnet, allowing for a 2mm border, as the image will wrap around the sides of the magnet. Images will be printed as preview.
Can I preview my images before placing my order?
Yes, you can preview, edit and crop your images during the ordering process on our website. We strongly advise that you do so with every image to ensure that your image fits well within the magnet space. Please remember to allow for a 2mm border, as the image will wrap around the sides of the magnet.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not been fulfilled, please contact us with your order number and the details you would like to change or if you wish to cancel your order.
Your order cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been fulfilled.
How much is shipping?
Australia:
Standard: $9.95
*Free shipping for all orders over $100.
Express: $19.95
New Zealand:
Standard: $19.95
Express: $30.95
How can I track my order?
Once you order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to process all orders within 72 hours.

We primarily use Australia Post for most deliveries within Australia.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only offer delivery services to Australia and New Zealand. If you would like to place an order to deliver to different country, please contact us.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since each magnet is crafted just for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you change your mind before your order is fulfilled, we are happy to process a refund!
